  • Initiate Return: To start a return, please contact the seller directly through the OurMall platform within the return window. Provide the order number and reason for the return.
  • Seller Approval: The seller will review the return request and may ask for additional information or photos of the item. Once approved, the seller will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, the seller may provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Packaging: Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are returned in a used or damaged condition).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the seller is at fault (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

5. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for certain products and are subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact the seller directly through the OurMall platform.
  • Process: If an exchange is approved, the seller will provide instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to the seller immediately through the OurMall platform. Include photos of the damage and a description of the issue.
  • Resolution: The seller may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation. The return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by the seller.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Unresolved Issues: If you encounter issues with a return that cannot be resolved directly with the seller, you may escalate the matter to OurMall support for assistance.
  • Final Decision: OurMall reserves the right to make a final decision on disputes related to returns and refunds.
